Cantilevered Reclaimer

The Cantilevered Reclaimer is engineered for materials that tend to compact, harden, or resist natural flow in flat-bottom shallow silos. It provides a targeted solution for meals, husk-based materials, and other bulk solids that require continuous mechanical reclaiming to maintain stable discharge performance.

1. A single cantilevered screw shaft with reinforced flights improves reclaim efficiency and extends service life.
2. Locating the slip ring at the lower section isolates key components from material contact, improving reliability.
3. A compact motor drives orbital movement directly, ensuring smooth rotation around the silo center.
4. Self-rotation combined with orbital rotation enhances the machine's ability to break hardened layers.
5. Follows a FIFO pattern to maintain consistent discharge and reduce compaction.
6. Operators do not need to enter the silo, improving safety and lowering labor costs.

For the meal with high oil and protein content and easy to board, it is necessary to set up a separate reverse bin system: reverse bin exit scraper → reverse bin bucket lift → reverse bin entry scraper to ensure that the equipment can also run at a certain time interval when there is no discharge operation, to prevent the hardening material from holding the spiral shaft and affecting the normal start of the equipment.

The Cantilevered Reclaimer is widely used in flat-bottom shallow silos where materials tend to bridge, or resist natural discharge. Typical applications include soybean meal storage, biomass processing, grain and oil facilities, chemical plants, environmental projects, and SRF handling.
