1.Solves "Buried Machine" Start-up Issues

The unique front-and-rear twin auger design addresses the critical risk of material collapse.

Auxiliary Rear Shaft: Positioned behind the main trough, this secondary auger clears material accumulation at the rear.

Load Recovery: In extreme conditions where the unit is buried by collapsing compacted piles, the system reduces startup resistance and maintains the ability to reverse (retreat). This allows the main auger to recover and restart under load, preventing downtime caused by equipment stalling.

2.Zone 20 Explosion-Proof Safety

Safety is paramount in grain handling. Our design eliminates electrical ignition sources within the bin:

External Main Motor: The primary motor is located outside the silo, isolating it from internal dust and material.

Pneumatic Revolution Drive: The sweep's rotation is driven by a pneumatic motor, ensuring no electrical components are present inside the workspace. This configuration fully complies with Zone 20 explosion-proof standards.

3.Fully Automated Operation
