Grain Reclaim System

The grain reclaim system is engineered to recover poor-flowing bulk materials from flat bottom silos through controlled, continuous movement. It improves discharge efficiency by guiding compacted material toward the central outlet, ensuring stable reclaiming during storage and shipment operations.

1. Wide material adaptability. Suitable for soybean meal, bran, rice husk, wood chips, powders, and other materials with poor flowability.
2. No-entry operation. Enables fully unmanned entry inside the silo, improving safety and reducing labor costs.
3. Combines screw rotation with orbital travel around the silo center to break compacted material more effectively.
4. FIFO discharge pattern. Maintains an even material layer across the silo floor and supports a first-in, first-out reclaiming process.
5. Cantilever screw configuration. It offers simple structure, flexible layout, wide adaptability, and lower equipment costs.
6. PLC-based automation. Communicates via Ethernet with the customer's main PLC and supports local/remote control, one-touch start, alarm shutdown, and operation logging.

The grain reclaim system is widely used in grain depots, processing plants, flour mills, feed production, and storage terminals where material cannot discharge by gravity.
