Grain Reclaim System
The Grain Reclaim System is designed for handling by-products generated during grain and oilseed processing, such as soybean meal, soybean hulls and other feed ingredients. These materials often have poor flowability and can easily compact or cake, making it difficult for them to move toward the silo outlet by gravity alone.

Mechanical Forced Discharge
The screw auger actively moves material toward the discharge outlet, making the system suitable for bulk materials with poor natural flow.
First-In, First-Out
Material is reclaimed progressively from the silo floor, helping maintain an orderly material turnover and more even discharge.
Reduced Bridging & Caking
Mechanical movement helps loosen compacted material during unloading, reducing the tendency for caking, arching and bridging.
PLC-Based Operation
The system can communicate with the customer's PLC via Ethernet and provides local or remote operation, one-touch start, alarm functions and operating status records.

Q: How does the intelligent control system work?
A: The electrical system communicates with the customer's main PLC via Ethernet. It supports remote and local operation, one-touch start, automatic alarm and shutdown under abnormal conditions, and operating status recording, providing a high level of automation for the grain reclaim system.
Q: What certifications are available?
A: Hongrui holds ISO and CE certifications. The explosion-proof slip ring used in the equipment also has an Explosion-Proof Certificate of Conformity issued by a professional explosion-protection research institute.
Q: Is civil modification required when installing the grain reclaim system in an existing silo?
A: It depends on the existing silo structure and site conditions. For retrofit projects, we recommend providing the original civil construction drawings and relevant silo drawings. Our engineers will review the existing structure and determine whether civil modifications are required to achieve proper integration between the reclaimer and the silo.
