Grain silos often face discharge challenges when materials compact or lose natural flowability over time. The grain discharger is built to restore smooth reclaiming during storage and shipment, guiding hardened material toward the central outlet to maintain reliable and continuous unloading.

1. The screw shaft performs both self-rotation and orbital rotation around the silo center, delivering enhanced capability to break compacted layers.
2. The system follows a FIFO flow pattern, keeping the entire silo section unloading evenly and preventing material build-up.
3. The cantilever screw design allows flexible installation and reduces overall investment.
4. With Ethernet communication to the customer's PLC, the system enables remote/local operation, one-touch start, emergency shutdown alarms, and full operation tracking.
5. Achieves true no-entry silo reclaiming, improving workplace safety and cutting manual labor requirements.
6. Performs well with bran, soybean meal, rice husk, wood chips, and a wide range of poor-flowing bulk materials.
7. Meets Zone 20 explosion-proof requirements inside the silo while providing safe, maintainable power access below the silo.
8. Gear drive or rail-mounted drive systems are available depending on silo diameter, ensuring an ideal balance between performance and cost.

To match different projects' needs, we provide the following customization choices of our grain discharger:

1. The main structure can be upgraded to stainless steel for improved durability or corrosion resistance.
2. Key power components can follow customer-specified brands to align with local maintenance habits and spare-parts standards.
3. Suitable for 4–28 m silo diameters with capacities up to 400 tph. Non-standard sizes and higher outputs can be designed on request.
